Bart J. Hebert
Bart J. Hebert is a native of Breaux Bridge, Louisiana and continues to live there with his wife, Carrie, and his two children, Allie and Max. After graduating from Breaux Bridge Senior High, Bart attended the University of Southwestern Louisiana, and in 1999, graduated magna cum laude with a B.S. in Political Science and a minor in History. After graduation from U.S.L., he attended law school at Louisiana State University’s Paul M. Hebert Law Center. And, in 2002, he graduated with honors, receiving a juris doctorate from L.S.U. and was admitted to practice law in Louisiana.
After working a short time in Lafayette, in 2005 Bart returned home to Breaux Bridge open a law practice, namely, Boyer & Hebert, LLC. He continues to work in Breaux Bridge as a partner in the law firm of Boyer, Hebert, Abels & Angelle, LLC, concentrating in the areas of personal injury, commercial transactions and litigation, real estate, successions and wills.
Bart is an active member of his community, where he serves on the Advisory Council for St. Bernard School, on the Parish Council for St. Bernard Catholic Church, and as Past Grand Knight and Trustee for the Knights of Columbus, St. Bernard Chapter No. 2398. He is a member of the Kiwanis Club de Pont Breaux, member and former President of the Breaux Bridge Area Chamber of Commerce, and coaches various youth sports in Breaux Bridge.
